季節の挨拶
春
春には、桜や色々な花が咲きます。
Cherry blossoms and all sorts of flowers bloom in spring.
桜が咲くと、桜の木の下で、飲んだり食べたりしながら、花見を楽しみます。
When the cherry blossoms bloom, people enjoy outdoor parties under the cherry trees, eating, drinking and viewing the blossoms.
夏
夏になると、花火大会や夏祭りがあり、たくさんの人が出かけます。
In summer, many people enjoy displays of fireworks at night and summer festivals.
8月中旬には、たくさんの人が帰省します。
In mid August, many people return to their hometowns.
秋
秋は紅葉で山や林が色とりどりに色づきます。
In autumn, leaves change in color, setting mountains and hillsides ablaze with tints of red and yellow.

冬
冬は寒くて、北の方では雪が降ります。
It’s cold in winter. Snow falls in the northern part of the country.
